This annual event showcases the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan and brings together members of the general public for an evening of festive celebrations.

The event is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all attendees, regardless of language proficiency. We will ensure that everyone can fully participate and enjoy the festivities.
Bilingual Event
The event will be conducted in both Azerbaijani Turkic and English to accommodate all attendees and ensure full participation and enjoyment.
Multicultural Performances
While the event is centered around the celebration of Azerbaijan Novruz Bayrami, it will also feature multicultural performances by guest performers to showcase the diverse backgrounds and cultures of attendees.
Parking / Arrival
Arrival Time
Attendees are highly encouraged to arrive on time as the event has a packed schedule of programs and performances. The event will start promptly at the designated time.
Parking Options
Both paid and free parking options are available in the vicinity of the venue. Attendees are advised to check for available options and plan accordingly.
Public Transportation
The venue is accessible by both metro and bus services, making it easy to arrive and depart without the hassle of driving and parking. Attendees are advised to check the schedule and route options in advance.

Seating Assignments
Seating assignments are made based on table numbers. Table numbers are important in determining seat assignments, but chair numbers are not a factor. Seats at your table will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, regardless of the seat numbers indicated on EventBrite. Special requests can be made in advance by contacting the event organizers.
VIP Seating
VIP seating can be selected as an option when purchasing tickets. Simply select the VIP seating option during the ticket purchasing process and follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
