AzCSE Annual Meeting - Januray 2015

AzCSE annual meeting will be held on January 18 at 10:00 am. We encourage all AzCSE members to attend the meeting. The next board will be also elected in the annual meeting.

If you are a gold member of AzCSE (you have volunteered for AzCSE for at least 20 hours over the past two years), then according to the AzCSE Bylaw, you can nominate yourself to become a board member. We encourage all interested gold members to nominate themselves no later than Friday January 16, 2015 10:00am by filling out this nomination form. Please note that the receipt of your nomination form will be acknowledged by January 16, 2015 11 pm. It is the candidate's responsibility to follow up on his/her application by sending an email to board@azcse.com in case of not receiving confirmation from AzSCE.

... At the annual meeting, officers, i.e. a President, Vice-President, Executive Director, Treasurer, Resource Coordinator, Marketing Director and Program Director shall be elected. The elected officers and directors shall form a Board, and shall serve until their successors are elected....

... Candidates running for board membership or presidency must declare their candidacy by sending an email to the Executive Director at least 48 hours before the election...
